Here is the resolution # 4 of the 5^th meeting of the Organizing Committee, which was held on January 16, 2001.

Resolution 4:

There will be the following categories of donors :

(1)	Member: Annual subscription or donation for a member is US $ 50.oo (Fifty US dollars) for the Alumni living outside Bangladesh and Tk 1,000.oo ( Taka One thousand) for those residing in Bangladesh.
(2)	Life-Member: Donation for a Life-Member is US $ 200.oo (Two hundred US dollars) for Alumni living outside and Tk 5,000.oo (Taka Five thousand) for those residing in Bangladesh. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Life-Member.
(3)	Golden Member: Donation for a Golden Member is Tk 25,000.oo (Taka twenty five thousand). A Golden Member will be presented a “Gold Coat-Pin” with Rajshahi University monogram inscribed on the pin. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Golden Member.
(4)	Distinguished Donor: Donation for a Distinguished Donor will be Tk. 50,000.oo ( Taka Fifty thousand). Name with address of a Distinguished Donor will be displayed on a wall-plaque in the proposed Alumni complex. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Distnguished Donor.
(5)	Grand Donor: Donation for a Grand Donor will be Tk. 1,00,000.oo ( Taka One lac). Portrait with citation of a Grand Donor will be hung on the wall of the proposed Alumni Gallery. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Grand Donor.
(6)	Patron: Donation for a Patron will be Tk. 5,00,000.oo ( Taka Five lacs). Portrait with citation of a Patron will be hung on the wall of the proposed Alumni Gallery. A room in the proposed Alumni Complex will be named after the one chosen by the donor, if its construction is fully covered by the donation. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Patron.
(7)	Distinguished Patron: Donation for a Distinguished Patron will be Tk. 15,00,000.oo ( Taka Fifteen lacs). Portrait with citation of a Patron will be hung on the wall of the proposed Alumni Gallery. A room in the proposed Alumni Complex will be named after the one chosen by the donor, if its construction is fully covered by the donation. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Distinguished Patron.
(8)	Grand Patron: Donation for a Grand Patron will be Tk. 1,00,00,000.oo ( Taka Ten million). Portrait with citation of a Patron will be hung on the wall of the proposed Alumni Gallery. A room in the proposed Alumni Complex will be named after the one chosen by the donor. A non-alumni with this amount of donation will be an Associate Grand Patron.
	All categories of the donors will be listed in a Record Book.
