Pursuant
to Social Security Commission Resolution No. 287-s. 2001, paragraph A,
of Circular No. 3-N, dated May 02, 2001, pertaining to the Self-employed
and Voluntary members (SE/VM) payment of contributions in advance not
later than the 5th day of the month following the first month of the
period covered by the payment, is amended to read as follows:
Self-employed and
Voluntary members (SE/VM) may pay their contributions in advance on the
15th day of the first month of the period covered by the advance
payment.
Except for the
aforementioned amendment, all other provisions under Circular No. 3-N,
Office Order Nos. 20-N and 25-P, not otherwise inconsistent with this
Circular, shall continue to be in effect and implemented.
This Circular shall take
effect immediately.
