One day we rode up 4 mountains. Some uphill sections were 20km long, and at the end of each one we were relieved with the certainty that it would be the last one for the day.... But then another one began.
These pictures are taken on the last uphill of the day, when we were both exhausted, and would've been utterly discouraged if it weren't for the views. I managed to take these pictures just before the sun went down. In the end, we did make it to the top of the mountain, and found a little place to sleep just as darkness fell. |
