A man, with at least one hand...

Its a man with at least one working hand, as to the other I have no idea. This chap seems to be trying to create a fireball, in the pretence that he is either Ken or Ryu from the much acclaimed Video game come Film come Cartoon - Street fighter. Unfortunatley, the man in question either hasnt played or has simply forgotten that you NEED two hands to create a fireball. Some people these days. tut tut tut.
