The teacher had three pupils. One day he asked each one of them to name the chief fault they found in the others. One of them complained that another was unclean in body because he refused to clean himself inside and outside. One said that another’s mind was full of useless lumber gathered over the years. One said that another was ashamed to display any emotion.

The physical body must purify itself by expelling its residues through toilet and sweat from labour . The mind must purify itself of its residues through dreams. The feelings must be purified of their residues through tears and laughter. A man who is physically unfit, mentally clogged and emotionally blocked is like a piece of decomposing wood useless for anything but the fire.
