That’s
How Love Is!
Like children we fight,
Like children we play,
Sometimes we’re blue,
And other times gay
One moment we’re angry,
We show each other low,
Next moment you’re in my arms,
And both our eyes flow
We look into each other’s eyes,
In a second our mind cools,
We think over and realize,
For a minute we were fools
Love must not be possible,
Without these little fights,
For mornings feel good,
Only after dark nights
Only in the desert,
Do people imagine water,
It wouldn’t make a difference,
To an ocean wave-trotter
Togetherness feels divine,
After a long, long part,
You taste so sweet my love,
Like a strawberry tart
With Love
