Horizontal rulers can be altered as to size and alignment.
Some final manipulations of font for emphasis. You should always use emphasis sparingly. Too much bold, italics, or size/color change is distracting, making it more difficult to read the text and therefor defeating the whole purpose of creating a Web site. Web sites are to provide a means to communicate. Use features that aid in communication, not impede.
When including quotes, the cite tag can be used for the source information.

The address tag is not as widely used as it once was. It creates a distinctive print, usually used at the bottom of a page to give the name, email address, and other information about the creator of the page.
