- Leaping Gryphon
- Color pencil on Oscar night. Love the circular motion.
- Phoenix Gryphon
- Exactly what the title says. Color pencil and pen that likes ot run out every three seconds. Thus the scribble-y things at the edges.
- Turkey Gryph 2001
- For the Guild's Thanksgiving Turkey Gryphon Marathon of 2001. Will color on the comp someday; meanwhile I've got color pencils. See the sketch here.
- Cupid... the Gryphon?!?
- Yup. Complete with bow and cutesy arrow. February 13, 2002, I drew this. Hope to comp color in shades of red, white, and pink someday. One of my more favorite sketches.

- Dunno why, but I was thinking 'Hippogryph' all the time I was drawing it. It's incredibly more detailed in real life, the scanner mauled it. :-( I'll try to re-scan when possible.
- Gryphon Skeleton
- Just somethoughts. All four paws are lions', I'm sorry they got cut off. I labled some things, but not all. What you can see in the top left corner is part of my sizing for gryph's wings; 2.8:1, based on real birds of prey. It's partially modled after a pterodactyl, too; not something you can see, but gryphon's bones are very similar in their weight and interior design. The keel bone replaces the breastbone in mammals, since gryphons are somewhat like birds. And the wishbone placing may not be quite right. I'll work on it! Feel free to use for any kind of reference.

- If you've ever read 'Year of the Griffin' or 'Dark Lord of Derkholm', you'll probably know what I'm talking about. If not, well, let us just say that you SHOULD. IMMEDIATELY. Yesss... Well, these are the human Wizard Derk's griffin 'sons' and 'daughters'.(All ages in 'Dark Lord of Derkholm'.)
Kit, the black one, is the oldest; he's around 15. He is one of the four most powerful wizards in the world, along with the woman who runs the Wizard's University, Querida; and his human brother, Blade.
Callette is next; she's in some way the 'twin' of Blade, since both were born at the same time. She's the artist, who usually has disagreements of some kind with Kit.

- *dies* It's BUCKBEAK!!!!!!! Wahoo, shez gone crazy and started drawing HP FanArt! Hehe, 'ee's a sweetie, hafta agree with Hagrid on this one! (As ever! He shares my exact taste in critters! 'Cept flobberworms. Bluch.) 'Ee's a pretty liddle dapple in this'n, couldn't remember his book patterning, so I just guessed and had fun. Steal not, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. *gryn*
