Tavi

This gif bears a remarkable likeness to the Tavi-beast.

New!As of October 29, 1999, Tavi is about 2 years old. Over the summer I have gotten him his rabies and canine distemper shots. He took them rather well though he hissed when the first shot went in. Poor Tavi. I wish the vet's office would give out rabies tags for ferrets, but for some odd reason they did not. We also had a bout with fleas this summer, but after much spraying and powdering the little guys were eliminated. Tavi now is wearing a brown Bansect collar. You go bo!
Tavi was given to my by a classmate in my Public Speaking class. It would seem that his first owners moved and dumped the poor guy (and his rabbit cage) on their yard for anyone to take, that anyone being my classmate. My classmate took care of him over the summer until she got a horse and could no longer look after the gib. And so, hearing of my affinity for ferrets, she gave him to me. Now Tavi lives in my bedroom with a 3 story cage and lots of run time. His favorite things are: naps, more naps, and my tribble-mother's slippers.
