Hiro Mashima was born in Nagano, Japan on May 3rd, 1977. He created Rave for the Weekly Shonen magazine in 1998. The series has already spawned to 22 volumes, three guide books, a hit anime series, two video console games, lots of merchandise (i.e. action figures) and has been licensed in many different countries all over the world.
Hiro Mashima is extremely fond of his hair; he cuts it himself and constantly changes it's colour. And he hates caterpillars. His blood type is B.
