The Story
Haru Glory, he's your average 16 year old kid - likes eating snowcones on the beach, his big sis' and the like. He lives on a little island, which is kinda isolated from everywhere else on the planet, but hell, Haru doesn't care! Garage Island is a safe, happy place, where nothing really bad happens.
The outside world, unfortunately, is being terrorised by a bunch o' big bullies, who call themselves Demon Card. Using a stone of evil called Dark Bring, they ruin cities, towns and villages alike, they loot the places and they probably have a sinister, evil motive for doing so, goodness knows what!
The people speak of a saviour, a legend. Someone they call ...Rave Master. Who is this Rave Master? Will he ever come?
Rave. The opposing force of the evil stone Dark Bring. It is a stone of light, and is known as the only thing in the world that can break or defeat Dark Bring and Demon Card.
So imagine Haru's surprise when he fishes out a weird, horn-nosed creature which has an affection for lollipops, and doesn't stop shaking? Yeah, well, it's not THAT much of surprise. He's gonna have to wait. Ok, time's up. So then he meets a little old man, who says his name is Shiba. He also says he's the Rave Master, and that the horn-nosed thingumbobby is Rave's Guardian, and over 50 years old. Shiba is on a quest to find 4 missing Rave stones, and the only person/ thing that knows where they are is ...Plue, the horn-nosed dog.
Haru and Shiba become friends!
But a baddy from Demon Card has arrived at Garage Island, in search of Shiba. A fight ensues, which Shiba, surprisingly enough loses. He (Shiba) realizes that he can no longer use the power of Rave. A new Rave Master has been found...
So now Haru's on a quest...
To find the 4 missing Rave stones...
His dad, who's been missing for years...
And save the world from Demon Card, with Plue by his side...
So that's how Rave starts off.
Rave
Rave was created by Resha Valentine. It was created in the year of 0016, for the sole cause of defeating dark Bring, which had surfaced as a weapon by an nation that craved domination, Rareglove. It was created for the country Symphonia.
Resha Valentine was a 15 year old girl, who was born in the 1st day of the 1st year in Symphonia, her birthday being 1st January 0001. Her hobby was dancing, because she said it made her feel alive. She had a power, called Ethelion, which was used to make this stone. The stone was originally called Holy Bring. When Resha gave her life in return for the stone, the first Rave Master, Shiba, was left with the stones. He named it Rave, in memory of ReshA ValentinE.
Dark Bring
Not much is known about this evil, purple stone, but what is known is that it is used by Demon Card. Demon Card made Dark Bring, whereas there is another type of Dark Bring - the original type, which is born from the Mother Dark Bring, Sinclair. Sinclair was the Dark Bring which took part in the Overdrive.
History/Overdrive
When Symphonia went into battle with Rareglove, each country armed with it's stone, every soldier was killed, except the Rave Master then, Shiba. Shiba had to fight with the Mother Dark Bring herself, armed with his Rave stones. In that memoent, 50 years ago, the battle was to have finished. When Shiba struck the stone, and when the Dark Bring's light went out, Shiba thought he had won.
In that moment, an explosion that destroyed 1/10th of the world occured. Sinclair broke into pieces and was scattered around the world, as was Rave. That is how the Raves got scattered.
