Seth folds his arms, his head turned away as he listens, a strand of blonde hair drifting in front of one of his eyes, slightly past his chin.

Suzuran speaks quietly, "... aragon?" But the moment the name leaves her mouth, she quiets again, and looks toward the other mix of people in the room.

Haemos looks about and tucks her cat ears back into her hair, hoping that nobody noticed them.

Treijan enjoys, for a moment, all the poeple looking through him, but his wounds press on his attention. "Nrrghhh. Medic? Anyone? Heck, even a potion? Buy it off ya?"

Razz peered at the red haired boy that dragged himself in with a /very/ big axe. He seems... well, bloody.

Kain enters.

Eladria's ears perk up at Suzuran's remark, and goes to look for her.

Haemos rouses herself and looks at Treijan, "I have some limited ability as a white wizard, sir."

Aragon glances over at Eladria and gestures at a portal, "You might find this one interesting Dwarf."

Kain looks at himself.

Razz nodded, and stepped towards the boy, preparing a cure spell. Suddenly, it was as if the magic had been ripped from her hands, the spell gone. She looked down at her hands in surprise.

Laitarne steps from platform to platform, glancing into each portal momentarily as he passes, but not paying them a great deal of mind.

Aezran mumbles a few words and Treijan glows an bright white, healing him of all wounds.

Eladria walks back toward Aragon, and peers through the portal.

Razz is still staring intently at her own hands, wondering what on earth had just happened to her cure spell.

Suzuran . o O ( ... elves and half lunars... I don't know... ).

Suzuran . o O ( ... ... people new...? ).

Haemos looks over the edge of the platform on which she stands, and shudders. She wonders if she'll get to Hell when she hits bottom, if she were to fall off.

Kain seems to disappear.

Haemos overhears the others huttering over magic and starts to rummage in her pack.

Haemos she finds a healing potion and presses it into Treijan's hand as she passes by.

Eladria blinks. "Here's another fictional one."

Seth lets his arms fall to his sides and continues his walk along the path, muttering to himself in a deep, cold voice "GREEN&^I don't know why I came here..."

Razz turning murky blue eyes back on the boy with the big axe, smiled apologetically, and shrugged.

Treijan watches in mute, happy shock as three people offer assistance, and passes to slightly less happy shock as two of their spells fizzle. "Mmmh. Must be an aspect of the Park, then... Thank you, just the-- Oh! /Thank/ you, too." He quaffs the potion without a second thought, and regains a bit of color.

Laitarne mutters to himself, scanning the surroundings with his icy blue eyes, "A sad place to keep the exploits of a few..."

Seth lets his arms fall to his sides and continues his walk along the path, muttering to himself in a deep, cold voice "I don't know why I came here..."

Haemos smiles at Treijan, "No problem, sir."

Memory Park You have found your way into a 'hanging garden' of sorts. The floating rocky platforms are covered in lush green plants, many with vines hanging down the edges. A path of platforms seems to weave its way between the foliage. Seeming to hang in set locations, there are shimmering portals of various sizes, none of which seem big enough for even a moogle to fit through... they provide glimpses into the past... There seem to be plaques beneath each portal, describing what is beyond.

Exits: leave Haemos the half-lunar red knight [Crimson Shadows] (perfect) Suzuran Treijan the half-lunar fighter (perfect) Aragon the human samurai (perfect) Laitarne the half-elf adventurer (perfect) Seth the human thief (perfect) Crulath, The Lord Of Pain, The Shrike Aezran the elf planewalker [Jagenda] (perfect) Kaed the moogle red archmage (perfect)

Haemos hears Seth and takes a good look at him. She shivers beneath her heavy cloak and wraps it tightly about her.

Treijan bows, a bit gracelessly given his beaten state. "It's always good to find people willing to help."

Laitarne says: A testament to the weakness of people... a shrine to a number of meager little victories.

Laitarne shakes his head, glancing into another portal.

"... still so silent." Suzuran whispers the words to herself, but she shakes her head to knock out any other thoughts that would come from her mind. She looks back up, and over at the others, gazing over to Haemos and Seth, Razz, Treijan...

Eladria shakes his head and exits, confused.

Haemos feels the eyes of Suzuran upon her and wonders why she'd look at her.

Razz smiled again. "Aah, sorry I'm not much help." She peered at the boy again. He sort of reminds her of Justin. Tall, slim, red coat.... Speaking of whom, she still has to get back. Where is she???

Tian enters.

Aragon looks after Eladria then grins, "Maybe he'll figure it out eventually."

Suzuran frowns quietly at a thought, and turns to look over at Laitarne. "... not weaknesses. ... It's the only thing left of what was actually worthwhile in these worlds."

Seth leans against a tree, folding his arms and tilting his head down. He bends one knee, resting the bottom of his foot against the tree. His eyes close after a moment, a soft breeze brushing his golden hair.

Suzuran says: ... What's left... that... you all ... haven't faced.

Suzuran says: ... and for your sakes... won't.

Treijan shrugs elaborately. "Well, but you spared it, see. And those two elves, too, they tried to help. It stands out from the crowd, like..." He trails off as he feels more eyes upon him, and meets Suzuran's gaze for a moment.

Treijan looks at Suzuran.

Aragon looks over at Suzuran and blinks, "Haven't seen you for a while Suzuran."

Haemos blushes again, and says, "Treijan, please stop. You'll embarass me."

Suzuran looks up again when she feels Treijan's eyes settle upon her... she gazes back for a short moment, before pulling away and looking over at Aragon.

Suzuran says: You came.. back too.

Aragon shrugs.

Laitarne laughs quietly to himself, resting a hand on his waist, "what was actually worthwhile in these worlds... What a horribly vain statement..."

Suzuran says: ... only the truth.

Treijan looks slightly miffed. "Well, if y'insist." He diverts his attention to the plaques, and the portals, a bit regretfully.

Treijan looks at plaques.

Haemos overhears Laitarne belitting the struggles of others and wonders if he ever suffered.

Aragon says: Still too many loose ends here. Though I may leave for good once the Crusaders are gone.

Haemos looks at Laitarne.

Suzuran nods at Aragon.

look aragon Aragon is a male human that looks to be in the late teenage years of human life. He has white hair with a blue tint to it that that extends to about a quarter of his back. His eyes bear dark blue irises that reveal a look of almost perpetual humor. His face is clean-shaven and has a sense of plainness to it. The little skin that is visible on him is slightly pale. He looks to stand 6 feet tall and has a strong looking frame.

He wears a matte suit of gray platemail with parts of a thin, barely visible, matte black chest sticking out from underneath it. Multiple sheaths of various length, a holster or 2, and a variety of pockets stick out of a plain looking belt around his waist. A rather large and rectangular shield, with the image of a ferocious looking, snarling wolf with silver-red eyes inscribed upon it, is slung to his back as well as 2 sheaths that are obviously for larger weapons.

Laitarne glances up at Suzuran, "This 'history', if you'd like to call it that... It details only the struggles of a select few."

Suzuran says: Makes sense- .. for you to do something so protective.

Suzuran lowers her head and frowns, "If it's not history then, what would you call it?"

Haemos plays with her hair. She decides that it'd be fun to braid it.

Aragon asks: I trust you've heard the Crusaders reappeared and that the Guardian and Fortissime are gone?

Suzuran says: ... it's what... people will think.

Razz's attention was caught by the white-haired man's last words. The crusaders again. Who- "Who are the crusaders?" she asked.

Suzuran says: Because they don't ... know what really happened.

Suzuran says: ... and Fortissime.. he..

Suzuran stops from speaking, and tries to continue; "R-rathe is..."

Aragon glances over at Razz, "Demons."

"I would think that that everyone would know of their wretched presence being absent from these worlds."

Razz nodded in comprehension. Really bad demons, at that, if nearly everyone she meets talk about them

Haemos tries to braid her hair, but ends up making a cat's cradle of the lush reddish-black locks instead. She mutters a soft curse and gives it up.

Aragon narrows his eyes and spins around towards the voice

Seth just mutters "Hmph." And adjusts himself against the tree, barely opening an eye to glance at those who speak.

Eikigou stands before a portal, clad in uniform, standing tall with broadsword and saber hanging at his sides. His expression is serious, that of someone who speaks with the utmost conviction in their words.

Laitarne says: This 'history'... All it does is follow the doings of a dozen or so people... it is not history, it is a sadly incomplete piece of history."

Haemos says: Sometimes, sir, an incomplete history is all there is. Surely it's better to know only part of the past than it is to remain wholly ignorant.

Stepping quietly, not one sound even emitting from her steps touching the ground, Suz advances toward the exit-- rather, toward the people near there. Her silver eyes shimmer slightly as the light falls upon them-- but the darkness pulsing in them quickly envelops them before they can express further emotion...

Aragon glances over at Laitarne, "I'm sure the ancients are sorry they forgot to include a history of the Narshe elections."

Laitarne says: Hmph... this place has no past or future of it's own... Just a gathering point for wayward souls who decide it's fate.

Treijan nearly falls over, returning from the experiences of the portal. Patchy, perhaps, but very wonderfully recorded. He catches himself against a plaque, and manages not to have to catch himself against either Haemos or Razz.

Haemos asks: Laitarne, what do you care if this place lacks a past or a future?

Laitarne says: You presume quite a bit to say that I care if it has a past of future... I was just stating a fact.

Haemos asks: It is presumptuous to ask a question?

Eikigou comes forth, idly glancing at the plaques but not seeming too interested in them, "Why do you all gather in this place, where past....exploits are recounted?"

Haemos says: Because the place exists.

Treijan is still recovering, bloodied and battered. "It's safe. Well, safer than where I was, anyways."

Suzuran says: ... it's silent here..

Suzuran flips a black shard of glass up into the air- and deftly catches it when it nears...

Aragon grins slightly, "I just always seem to find myself where a lot of people are."

Eikigou makes a sweeping gesture, "What you see here...are things with no bearing to the present. Rathe, and the ancient guardian, are dead, and so is their accursed cult. With them gone, it is time that we made things a little better in these worlds for a change, it's the least that we owe the residents thereof for all of the havoc we've caused in the past."

Aragon narrows his eyes.

Laitarne glances to Eikigou, "Finally someone who seems to bear some semblance of sanity around here."

Suzuran crosses her arms quietly, her wings falling around her like a softened blanket..

Suzuran says: Rathe's ...

Aragon says: If you don't remember I was almost a member of that 'accursed cult'.

Treijan really doesn't know what to say to something like that. He looks, oddly enough, to Haemos, and Razz, as though perhaps they might.

Suzuran says: ... Rathe is...

Aragon glances over at Suzuran

Haemos wonders why it's necessary to "make things better" instead of being content to live and let live.

Eikigou peers at Suzuran disdainfully, "Rathe is what?"

Suzuran falls silent again, and she smiles...

Adalin enters.

Adalin asks: is this a party?

Suzuran says: ... ah. Maybe you'll see. ... if you won't be dead before then..

Adalin leaves Memory Park.

Haemos looks towards the new arrival and says, "Party? I think not. Nobody thought to bring snacks."

Haemos says: Mrr? She left already? Ah well.

Haemos shrugs.

Treijan giggles, quietly, at this. "Probably when she heard it wasn't a party."

Aragon grins yet again, "I'll try not to disappoint. And any chance you'd think of joining the Force again Suz?"

Suzuran moves the glass to another angle in her hand... and shakes her head again...

Haemos asks: Perhaps she was hoping for free beer?

Suzuran says: ... Don't think I'm cut out anymore, ... "sir".

Seth looks at himself.

Haemos looks at Seth.

Suzuran looks up to see Seth, Treijan, Haemos and Razz, then glances back over at Ara, Eiki and Laitarne...

Aragon's grin fades and he raises an eyebrow, "Care to explain? Short of loosing a limb or two I always thought you would be cut out for the Force."

Treijan laughs outright, but stops abruptly, wincing. He giggles quietly to himself afterwards, for several moments, and trails off. Hmm. That elf girl, there, has been awfully quiet all this time. And looking a bit confused. He waves at her, anyways.

Suzuran says: ... said.. it's too silent.

Haemos looks concerned and slips an arm around Treijan's shoulder, "You should not push so hard, sir."

Eikigou looks rather concerned...then speaks out again, "Why would she join an organization without a cause? Admit it, the Lunar Hurricane, for all its advances, has no reason to oppose Darkwood except to keep it in check, with how that offer to Tenarig went. And even then, it shouldn't require that many...in fact, haven't you alone done quite well against some of Darkwood's finest?"

Aragon nods.

Haemos smiles and says to Eikigou, "She might join for the same reason I do things: because it might amuse her to do so."

Aragon says: But I am a wanderer I won't always be here

Aragon says: And as for cause, Darkwood's attempt to ensnare Coneria proves its ambition

Suzuran flicks the glass up into the air again, almost like a toy coin... and she snickers quietly. "Those guys there ..."

Treijan blinks a bit at Haemos' sudden proximity. "Mmm. Should look more closely to my own limits, I s'pose." This talk of organizations and Darkwood is for the most part beyond him. Darkwood he's heard of only vaguely; an officer of theirs swung by Tzen once for lunch, or something similar. What impressed him most is the concept of going out to lunch two worlds and several continents away from your place of business.

Suzuran says: ... ... maybe they're so lucky not to be involved in all the crossfire between the Force and Darkwood...

Seth looks at himself.

Eikigou extends a hand out towards Aragon, in a gesture of mock acceptance, "Grant me the Lunar Hurricane, then, and I shall mold it into a proper guardian organization, keeping even Vaspleck in check."

Haemos wonders what Suzuran is talking about -- and hopes that it's not her.

Aragon shakes his head.

Haemos looks at Seth.

Seth opens his eyes once more and walks over to the plaque, still keeping a slight distance from everyone else as he reads over it.

Aragon says: You are also too ambitious for your own good, I saw that at the throne room

Suzuran looks at Laitarne.

Eikigou narrows his eyes, finding frustration in this response. "Ambition is what drives people to do great things. If such a thing should be detrimental to my wellbeing, then, so be it; but remember, even I held the Sacred Order together when Garrison abandoned it."

Suzuran says: ...

Tian enters.

Haemos watches Seth as he looks at the plaque, wondering what sort of hunting she might find at his side.

Aragon says: Until you betrayed the Order on the joint attack on Darkwood by defending Darkwood

Eikigou turns back towards the portal he came from, "Some sacrifices must be made in order to pull the wool over Darkwood's eyes."

Corinth suddenly appears before your eyes.

Seth mutters softly "Ambition..drives men to kill. To rape, steal. Never attach an emotion to a single result." He glances over at Suzuran, narrowing his eyes.

Aragon growls.

Haemos eeps!

Suzuran says: ... sacrifices... like a true hero.

Suzuran snickers.

Aragon asks: Like holding me off and thus allowing some of your forces to get injured?

Calia appears from nowhere.

Suzuran says: ... you all, just...

Haemos says: Sacrifice? How irrational. An end that must be achieved by means of sacrifice is hardly worth achieving, I think.

Suzuran says: ... ah, I'm so curious as to which paths each one of you would take...

Seth looks back at the plaque, returning to silence.

Suzuran says: .. though, some.. I think I can already judge..

Suzuran's eyes fall over to Laitarne... but then close before it's too noticable..

Corinth hides.

Corinth teleports home.

Haemos pads past Suzuran and says, "I do not have a path, madam. I live for the challenge of the hunt."

Aragon glances over at Suzuran, "I wouldn't take the thing even if it was a situation where it could save my life."

Eikigou calls back in a stern voice, "The offer still stands, Mibri; know that I will not let you down should you join with my cause, regardless of what you may think. You have the potential to be involved in something great, Mibri." And with that, he steps out through the portal.

Treijan lives for, well, life, but that doesn't sound very sensical out loud. "I wander. My path takes me whereever it leads. Hardly matters to me where."

Haemos pads past Seth and whispers in his ear, "Ambition can drive men to nobility as easily as it drives them to depravity."

Suzuran moves the shard to another angle again. "You don't understand, Ara..."

Suzuran says: ... hah.. no one does.

Suzuran says: Except for one

Seth says: hewwo

Aragon shrugs.

Aragon says: I've seen what it can do to a warrior like myself

Seth "Hmphs" in responce to Haemos and turns his head away.

Haemos sits down again, idly playing with her hair.

Laitarne glances up again, as if he were in thought, "Well, I must be on my way... my unexpected arrival here leaves me without a sword."

Laitarne walks from platform to platform again, towards the center platform, his hand resting on his waist still.

Aragon reaches into the neck of his armor and pulls out his prism, "You should be careful about having that for too long, it corrupted Rathe even with one of these."

Laitarne leaves Memory Park.

Suzuran eyes widen slightly from just the feel of the prism entering the presence of the room, and she narrows her eyes, back still to Aragon.

Treijan watches Haemos flit from person to person, restlessly, and Razz stand silent, and the three Powers argue motivation, and wonders idly where he comes into the whole equation.

Haemos shivers and draws her cloak tight about her; she feels as though something is going to happen. Little white cat ears poke out of her hair again, twitching restlessly.

Aragon replaces his prism out of sight, "Light shines brightest when surrounded by darkness."

Seth remains silent, not really seeming to care about most of this.

Suzuran says: *quietly* ... if you wanna leave this place unscathed, then I suggest you keep that away from me, Ara...

Treijan blinks. Cat ears. Imagine that. Perhaps he /did/ get hit on the head, back there. Or maybe he should've checked that potion first... Strangeness. He attempts not to stare, and fails.

Razz listened, but couldn't wait understand the point of the conversation. Oh well, not as if she isn't use to it. She really should figure out where she is, exactly. Looking to the red haired boy (not so bloody anymore) who seems to have a getter grasp on the situation than she does, she whispered: "Where is this place?"

Haemos noticies Treijan staring and wonders why. She catches her reflection in a portal and hastily brushes her hair over her ears.

Aragon gestures at the portals, "I would hate to be one of the ones who started violence in a place like this."

Treijan snaps his still incredulous gaze to the elf girl, and hastily adjusts it to a more normal expression. "Erm. This is Memory Park."

Haemos looks at her hair and mutters something about split ends...

Haemos looks at herself.

Aragon turns his attention to everyone else in the room, "Did I hear someone say something about free beer earlier?"

Suzuran says: ... it's a place where history is spoken... in the words of one.

Haemos says: Somebody thought we were having a party. I disabused her of her notion by stating that if this was a party, then somebody would have thought to bring beer.

Haemos says: Though I myself would prefer milk.

Razz looked mournful. As usual, she's never heard of the place that she's managed to get lost in. Looking around, she noticed that they were actually standing on rock platforms... Curiosity drove her to see what is below the edge...

Treijan laughs again, and winces again, damnable ribs. "I would imagine you could easily get to beer from here, though."

Aragon's posture slumps slightly, "Guess Fortissime gets to cover for me again."

Seth mutters "A bar might be a more...interesting..enviorment."

Razz got down on her fours and peeked over the edge. Whoa, she squinted and tried to see a bottom... to no avail.

Haemos sees Treijan wince and says, "Treijan, since magic does not work here, let's go elsewhere for a moment so that I can heal you.

Suzuran shakes her head at Razz. "I ... really wouldn't do that if I were you."

look suzuran You see a girl no more than 17 years of age, with long dark blue hair tied back with a red piece of cloth... Except for a short streak that's pure, jet black. Her bangs fall over her darkened, dimmed metallic silver eyes, glaring with some strange coldness that's undefineable, indefinate.

She wears a jean blue jacket, which stops short just above her waist. Underneath that, is a sleek black tshirt, followed with black baggy pants. No weapons at all are visible on her... and it seems she doesn't step anywhere close to the light. Something about her gives you a warning NOT to even step close to her... or you might lose something important.

<[>Oddly enough, at the distance you keep, something seems strange about the pitch blackness around her... You can somewhat make out ... wings?

Treijan ... shrugs, slowly. "That would be good of you, yes. Ahh.... you lead, I think. I don't want to go back where I was before I'm repaired, I think."

Haemos eeps!

Haemos says: I'll be back in a moment.

Haemos leaves Memory Park.

Treijan leaves Memory Park.

Aragon glances over at Suz and reaches a hand into a belt pouch and looks over at Suzuran, "Remember that you could still join the Force, even if you just need some time to think."

Suzuran says: ... I don't think you'd want me ... there.

Razz looked up in surprise as a girl who looks to be no older than she is warned her against her actions. "Oh, I'm sorry," Razz apologeized before scurrying away from the edge.

Aragon casually pulls his hand out of the pouch with an empty bottle and sends it at Suz with a flick of the wrist, disappearing across the platforms a second later

Cima enters.

Suzuran catches the bottle deftly in her hands, still somewhat looking at Razz...

Suzuran says: ... he never changes...

Razz squinted at the girl with blue hair, are those... wings? Cocking her head, she asked: "What are you?"

Suzuran blinks and looks back toward Razz, her silver eyes reverting somewhat, but the darkness in them picks up again...

Suzuran says: ... ... Human.

Seth looks at himself.

Suzuran shakes her head and throws the bottle off a random platform.

Suzuran says: ... your friend looks like he's really protective of you.

Suzuran turns quietly from Razz, and towards the exit/Seth...

Razz looked curiously at Suzuran. Human? Razz knows a lot of humans from her classes... She seems somewhat different, though. "My friend?" Razz asked, following Suzuran.

Treijan enters.

Suzuran points at Treijan.

Suzuran says: That one.

Seth looks over at Suzuran as she turns towards him, letting his eyes narrow slightly as her gaze falls on him. He remains silent, though, blonde hair waving slightly with the wind. As the wind dies, a strand falls back in front of one of his eye, though the other remains held on Suzuran.

Haemos looks around at the portals. The constantly swirling colors make her feel queasy, and she quickly turns from them.

Treijan exclaims: Whowha? What? I was /miles/ away, I swear!

Haemos asks: He was. How else could I have healed him?

Razz followed Suzuran's finger and saw that she was referring to the red haired boy. "No, I don't know who he is." Razz shook her head. "What makes you say that?"

Treijan nods emphatically. "See?" He nods again a few times, and then pauses. "Erm, what am I 'ccused of, anyways?"

Seth raises a hard hand to put on Haemos's shoulder without looking at her, holding it there until she can regain her balance before removing it, never glancing at her. As attention is turned from him he turns to look at the exit, taking his eyes off everyone.

Suzuran flips the shard up into the air again, catches it, and glances down into the total darkness of the piece of glass on her bloodied palm.

Suzuran says: ... .. he has that ... look.

Suzuran says: ... in his eyes.

Haemos steadies herself beneath Seth's hand and places her hand upon it, "Thank you. For some reason, manifestations of Chaos make me nervous."

Treijan peers about, suspiciously. "...'that look'? What look?"

Seth mutters "Whatever." In responce, keeping his eyes towards the exit.

Razz watched in astonishment as Suzuran cut herself with a piece of broken glass, but her mind soon became distracted by Suzuran's words. Looking towards Treijan, she failed to understand what Suzuran was talking about.

Haemos pulls her cloak about her and says, "That incorrigible look that tells women that a certain man is up to no good."

Cima slowly emerges, stepping through one of the portals. It wildy crackles with energy, as if trying to resist him.

Treijan staaaaaaares at Haemos. "Umm. Look, /you/ were the one that took /my/ shirt off, anyways."

Haemos stands with her hands on her hips, "Yes, I bloody well did. How the bloody hell was I supposed to make sure that my spells worked? Palpation of ribs is a *bit* difficult when the bloody patient is still wearing is bloody shirt!

Razz kept her eyes on Treijan. "He doesn't seem like a bad person..." she said, not understanding Haemos' words.

Haemos pulls a copy of "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Red Magic" from her pack, whips it open, and hides her burning face behind it.

Cima stands where he stepped through. His eyes neatly scan the crowd before he walks right passed them, towards the plaques and portals.

Cima looks at plaques.

Razz stared in astonishment at Haemos' cat ears. "Cat ears?" she exclaimed aloud.

Treijan giggles, a small, nervous giggle. "Well. It was perf'ctly innocent circumstances, the whole thing, so I don't see where you were getting that idea from, anyways." Haemos' embarrased reaction reminds him that there are people present, and, while he doesn't blush, he does stiffen up slightly. "Umm. Hi."

Haemos lowers her book, and blushes a little deeper, "Yes, Razz, cat ears."

Razz cocked her head. "Are you a cat?"

Razz then blinked. "How did you know my name?"

Haemos mutters, "Buggering bollocking hell," as she hides her cat ears in her hair yet again.

Cima looks at Haemos.

Cima goes: ..........

Cima turns his attention back to the plaques.

Seth raises an eyebrow at the mention of ears, but doesn't bother to glance.

Treijan blinks. "Hey whoa. I wasn't imagining it." This is, actually, the extent of his reaction.

Razz asks: From where???

Suzuran . o O ( ... Razz, huh? ).

Haemos shrugs and says, "I'll be damned if I know. I grew up in an orphanage in Baron. But my mother could have been passing through on her way to devil-knows-where and decided to dump me in Baron."

Razz is really confused now. "I mean, from where did you overhear my name?"

Haemos tosses her hair over her shoulders and says in a softer voice, "Besides, my hometown matters little, not when home is where i take off my boots for the night."

Haemos says: Your name? I overheard it here. At least, I *think* I did...

Razz scanned the crowd around, she doesn't think she knows /anybody/ here...

Razz is sure that no one should know her name here either. But then, how did the girl know her name?

Haemos mews.

Treijan was in a pain-fogged state previously, and will not vouch for what he did or did not overhear anywhere.

Haemos tucks her legs beneath her and wraps her cloak about her. She hides a soft yawn with a gauntleted hand before rummaging through her pack in hopes of finding some chocolates.

Cima mutters to himself: ... ...These people talk too much.

Razz shook her head, and realized that she's probably spent more time in this strange place than she should have. She has to find her way back...

Haemos perks up and says, "I heard that, sir."

Cima looks at Haemos.

Seth raises a hand to run through his hair, ignoring most of what's said.

Cima turns back to the plaques. Again.

Treijan squints over at Cima. He didn't hear it, only that he was muttering about something, but, to be honest, the guy looks mad fierce, and Trei really doesn't want to mess with him.

Haemos leafs through her book and wonders how a mage could manage to draw such intricate runes under fire...

Suzuran turns the shard slightly in her hand, and with her next step forward, the black wings about her seem to flash in a furry of darkness-- and Suz is gone...
