10" LX200 System

Meade 10" LX200 system used with Lumicon Giant Easy Guider and SBIG ST7E / CFW8 CCD Camera / Filter Wheel combination This was my first telescope, purchased in November 2000 at Scope City in San Francisco Sam Sweiss sold it to me. Steve Garcia, a friend of Sam's and a then local astronomer, helped me figure out what to buy. It was quite a day for me, a truly life-changing experience but I did not realize it at the time. Steve has since moved to Hawaii chasing his dream of dark skies every night.
