  Okay, here's the deal... Each time you beat RE3 on Hard mode, you'll unlock an Epilogue. You'll always get them in the same order, so ya' just gotta' beat it 8 times. After getting the final Epilogue, a screen will show up which says:

"The Raccoon City menace has come to its ultimate conclusion. Nevertheless, as long as their insidious research continues, the terror of Umbrella Inc. shall live on forever...

   THANK YOU FOR PLAYING"
  
   In other words, "Go to sleep, you video game ADDICT!!! There is'nt anything else you can possibly do with this game, so go buy a Dreamcast, so that you can play Code Veronica!!!"
