If you were watching the Emmy Awards you couldn’t help but notice Brandy’s fine singing when she performed the theme song from “Cinderella.” She was also stylin’, proof that People Magazine was right-on when they chose her as one of this year’s best dressed celebrities. Also making the grade: Cameron Diaz, Minnie Driver ("She seems comfortable in anything"), Sean "Puffy" Combs ("The hip-hop version of GQ"), Harry Connick Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Sandra Bullock, Greg Kinnear, and Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece and Tyra Banks.
People also picked the bottom ten and they were, starting with the bottom of the bottom, Baywatch babe Carmen Electra, rumpled new dad Ethan Hawke also received the dubious honor, as did Emma Thompson, Billy Bob Thornton and country star Lorrie Morgan. Other stars getting low marks for their fashion sense: Sigourney Weaver, who favors see-through fabrics, La Femme Nikita star Peta Wilson, The View's Debbie Matenopoulos, Suddenly Susan's Kathy Griffin, and ER's Alex Kingston. |
