Carathians.
Big Blue-skinned Berserkers. Okay, DM dying of bad mental images, but I like these ones.
Personality: Calm and controlled. Always have perfect self control. Enormous tempers which never get out of hand unwillingly. Very intolerant of other races. The concept of a temper which is large but in control is one of my favorites. The cold, burning anger which is truely frightening is just plain fun. These are theoretically capable of controlling almost any emotion and gain some bonuses due to it, including a really good rage.
Aging: 1 to 15: baby. 15 to 100: childhood. 100 to 250: adolescence. 250 to 550: adulthood. 550 to 750: middle age. 750 to 900: old age. 900 to 1500: venerable (once again, more important in my world than in some)
Physical Description: 7 ft 4 in to 8 ft tall. 300 to 500 lbs. Icy, pale white skin. Light blue hair. Brilliant, icy blue eyes. Extremely cold, with a usual temperature of 60 degrees. (the body temp comes up rarely, but it does come up)
Racial Traits: +4 strength, -1 intelligence, -1 wisdom, -1 charisma; rage 2/day; 5 cold resistance; +4 on saves against emotion influencing spells; improved barbarian (see below)
Size and Speed: medium. 30 ft movement
Face and Reach: 5 ft x 5 ft; 5 ft
The improved barbarian rules are under barbarian in my stuff, so I'll put them here. These get greater rage at 1st level if they are barbarians, but only 1 bonus rage per day (they still have 2/day at 1st level). Then, when they get greater rage normal, these get superior rage which grants +8 bonuses instead of +6 bonuses. (Yes, they are the best barbarians)
In my world, these boys are isolated on a large glacier to the south. In fact on an enormous glacier near the south pole. Yes, there isn't much food on a glacier, but I include more magical beasts capable of living off ice than most people do. These are fun to play when you want to have a person with an implacable temper who hunts down those who wrongs him until the day he dies. Also, the raging paladin can be a fun combination.
