JAMES BEARD'S BASIC BARBECUE MARINADE
 
       Yield: 2 Cups
  
     1/2 c  Soy sauce
     1/2 c  Dry sherry
     1/2 c  Strong brewed tea
       2 T  Honey
       2 T  Peanut oil
       1 t  Fresh ground black pepper
     1/2 t  Ground Anise seeds
       1    Clove garlic, minced
  
   Combine the ingredients in a food processor. The marinade can be
   refrigerated for several days.
