Reuben Casserole

12 slice of rye bread, quartered or cubed
16 oz. sauerkraut
1 stick butter melted
1 lb. corned beef, sliced from deli counter, get Kosher or good brand
1 lb. swiss cheese
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt butter, drizzle over bread in bowl and toss.

Squeeze water out of sauerkraut, spread over bottom of casserole dish. (9x13 thereabouts)

Layer on corned beef on top of sauerkraut.

layer on swiss cheese -- you should have at least two layers.

Top with bread, press down firmly with hands.

Pop in oven 30 min.

Serve with additional thousand island dressing on side, or spicy brown mustard or both.
