Ingredients:

* 3 TBSPs. soy sauce
* 1 ½ TBSPs. rice vinegar
* 2 hot chili peppers – thinly sliced
* 1 inch piece fresh ginger – peeled and grated
* 2 large garlic clove – peeled and grated
* 2 tsp. sesame oil
* 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
* 2 tsp. brown sugar
* ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

In a medium size bowl… combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolved.
