goldberg....offers excellent info about the different causes of cfs and available treatments....it really explains all the contributors to cfs and different tests they recommend having....b/c cfs is multifactoral.
*THE YEAST CONNECTION HANDBOOK....by dr. william crook, md (he lives in jackson,tn, but is now retired)
*THE BODY ECOLOGY DIET....by donna gates....who was greatly helped by dr. crook's treatments. (she practises in atlanta, ga)
these 3 books offer excellent info and they all seem to be on the same page and all fully believe we can recover because they have seen first hand recovery cases.
i am 30 and have been ill since i was 28.
i came down with mono after being overseas on a missions trip to hungary....and also i had been living a lifestyle where i was burning the candle at both ends and my stressful job only contributed to my body wearing out.
i have taken antibiotics for years due to terrible sinus infections from bad allergies...also, i took steroids for 3 years that was suppose to be helpful with my adrenal gland problem...unfortunately, it contributed to shutting down my immune system, as well.
it has been a miserable journey...but i am hopeful.
i know there is more for all of us than this.
we were all created with purposes and destinies...God calls us His artwork....His workmanship.....and i know there is a better way i can worship the One who created me....by walking out my destiny as a whole and healthy person.
we CAN beat this...
as we collapse into His arms of mercy.

i would first try www.half.com to see if you can find them on there used and half priced....or even better than half priced....that's where i get most of my books now.
