FOUNDATION OF REDBOURNE THEORIES: I have invalidated the Michelson & Morley Experiment of 1887; and the Non-Skewed Lightwaves Experiment, which are the only indications in all of physics history that reject the Ether. When people are ridiculed today for mentioning the Ether, it is because of these two, flawed experiments.

1. The Universe is neither expanding nor contracting; it is in steady-state, stable orbit about its own center of mass just like our solar system, galaxy and groups of galaxies. Starlight Redshift is due to ordinary Wave Dispersion through the wave medium that is the Ether. Redshift has been erroneously attributed to Doppler effect. The Apparent Acceleration of Expansion of the Universe, as indicated by Far Celestial Objects Increased Redshift, has been guessed at as some weird sort of antigravity. I attribute it to standard thermodynamics laws; to second order derivatives in energy transfer lags as the waves progress through the Ether Lines-Of-Force (ELOF) Lattice. There is no expansion whatever. Acceleration is not happening. And there is no strange antigravity.
2. Light is always a mingled montage of electron-orbit-decay bell-pulses, as complete waves or wave fragments (wavefrag). For this reason it appears granular. It looks similar to raindrops on a still pond surface, but in the three-dimensional volume of space. Light does not consist of "photon particles".
3. At least three items of "Quantum Weirdness" Experiments are readily explained by Ether Lines-Of-Force (ELOFs).
4. The Universe is essentially immortal per the Enthalpy / Entropy / Enthalpy…, Energy and Matter cycles, in the Black Hole / Star / Electromagnetic "Power Waves" mechanism.
5. The Universe is so old; it has had time to scour clean almost all intergalactic and interstellar dust; if indeed it ever had to. It is doubtful that a small point Singularity of Matter ever existed, nor the postulated Big Bang; which theory totally ignores the need for Big Mess and Big Hole resultants. The train of currently popular theories: Singularity, Big Bang, Inflation, Expansion, Acceleration and finally, cold Death by dissolution of enthalpy:- is full of holes, plugged by "constants" , "factors" and mutually exclusive theories.

Furthermore; these theories and astronomical observations absurdly place us at the exact center of the universe where the Big Hole should be, although this is never pointed out.

6. Earth Absolute Motion vis-a-vis the Ether Lines-Of-Force Lattice and its peripheral Matrix is defined by the Great Cosine in the Sky, from the Cosmic Background Microwave-Radiation Experiment (COBE), as 630 kps. There is no other plausible explanation for this. "Radiation left over from the Big Bang" is not a plausible explanation, since the timing for it and the farthest observed galaxies agglomeration does not match.
7. Gravity’s mechanism has never been identified. There is no justification whatever for saying either that it is an inherent force of Matter, or that it is "attractive". Redbourne’s General Theory of Universe Structure and Dynamics says it is an inherent force of electromagnetic waves; specifically Wave-Dispersed, Ultra-Low Frequency Power Waves (ULF P-Waves) smoothly saturating the Ether, not in power level, but in plane direction. Bodies shade each other from P-Waves, and are therefore pushed together by the resultant differential force between fresh P-Waves on one side and shaded P-Waves on the other. The Gravity Effects are therefore non-polarized and constant. Because of the extreme age (100+ billion years) of the Universe, the Power Level of P-Waves has reached balance between production and absorption.
8. Gravity occurs in at least nine modes: 1. Near, 2. Permanent, 3. Skin Effect, 4. Anti-Gravity (Nulling or Negative Gravity), 5. Electric Field and Magnetic Field "attraction/repulsion", 6. Photovoltaic, 7. The Great Cosine in the Sky, 8. Venturi, and, 9. Doppler, which indicates an infinitesimal differential gravity drag of the same magnitude. All Newtonian-effect gravity is generated by Power Waves at the quantum level. Warped Ether-Field P-Waves also sometimes generate negative gravity that masquerades as static-electric-charge "attraction/repulsion" force. Higher-frequency Information Waves also have gravity effects, like photovoltaic.
9. The "flicking" of Matter at the quantum level by individual Ether Lines-Of-Force, as Earth travels through the Fabric of Ether Lines-Of-Force (ELOF) field, generates both Particle so-called "Spin", and Time-Rate. Therefore on Earth, there is no absolute time rate, unless absolute zero time rate is considered. This could be accomplished only by zero velocity of the timed object vis-à-vis the Ether field, and drop of temperature to zero absolute as well. This eliminates both residual atomic ringing and replacement energy. Therefore, as Einstein pointed out, time rate is measured "Relatively" between an arbitrarily selected standard and a subject under test.
10. A mechanism is provided for Celestial Body Magnetic Field Generation, by Body rotation within Differential Power Wave Shading. This is the same P-Wave energy source that provides orbital centripetal gravity at the Sun / Earth level, and up to Universe orbit level.
11. Electromagnetic Soliton Wavefrags (Wave Fragments) in the Ether, and Giant Rogue Waves in the Ether, can impact like high-energy particles, then disappear. The term "wavefrag" obsoletes "photon particle".
12. Speed of Light is not a limiting factor; it is simply the propagation rate of an electromagnetic wave through it’s medium. This is no different than the speed of water waves through water. It is not some kind of magic number. The Ether field can be warped out of the way by forming a magnetic or static bubble. Body velocity is limited only by E µ v², (is proportional to…) through the Ether. That is: the amount of energy available to overcome inertia of both body mass and Ether mass, and Ether drag, which increases as the square of the velocity, is the only limitation.
13. Our universe has an ELOF Lattice Matrix-limit, from which all E-M waves bounce back and wave-disperse. As they travel back and forth through the Universe on many diametric transits, they eventually wave disperse to the base Ether Fabric resonant ultra-low frequency of extremely high celestial-body-penetration. This Universe limit (periphery) is simply a discontinuity of the Ether fabric, like a water droplet. At this periphery, an E-M wave displaces the elastic Ether outwards then it snaps back, re-injecting the wave into the fabric. There is 100% conservation of the E-M wave energy.
14. Matter is made up of Ether Lines-Of-Force material, cut-to-length.
15. Ultra-Low Frequency Power Waves also add heating to all bodies. In celestial bodies this heat is accumulated as increased core temperature. It adds to heat generated by nuclear fusion in stars, and nuclear fission in planets. All entropy in these waves is re-piled in Black Holes as enthalpy in reconstituted hydrogen from dissociated helium and other elements.
16. Permanent-gravity-shading accounts for higher-than-predicted orbital velocities. The mysterious Dark Matter and Dark Energy of 20^th century theoretical physics do not exist.
17. It has been proven by recent experiment that less dense materials and smaller volume bodies actually fall slightly faster than larger and denser bodies. This is because of a body’s progressive internal self-shading of P-Waves creating progressively less gravity force. Yet since the body possesses cohesive integrity, it will not fall apart. It means the average acceleration of gravity is less for the larger body, compared to a smaller body.
18. No Big Bang. No Inflation. No Expansion. No Acceleration. No Death by Entropy. Only general smooth universal orbiting with local turbulence in direction/velocity anomalies, and recycling of all matter and energy.
19. Orbiting does not equate to "forever falling" (as has been stated in physics texts), any more than surfboarding does. Neither does orbiting equate to forever flying off into space. In an orbital balance, the centripetal deflection of the rectilinear force of the body in motion is generated by the differentially shaded Power Waves. This is the gravitational deflecting force, acting dynamically. This force is exactly balanced by the generated reactive centrifugal force. The velocity/distance Laws controlling orbital balance correct all deflecting perturbations immediately.
20. Ramifications and Possibilities include Faster-Than-Lightspeed (superluminal) Velocities, and Prime Motive Power.
21. Gravity is said to emanate from matter, yet acts at the speed of light attracting back to Matter. There is no explanation for this connection in contemporary (20^th Century) Theoretical Physics. It is very simply explained by Power Waves coming from outside the system at the speed of light.
22. Einstein said that gravity is a geometric attribute of warped, empty space, and most physicists agree. But there is no explanation as to why spatial geometric configurations should cause gravity to act at the speed of light.

Historical Note: Michelson and Morley were two very fine scientists, who in 1887, set up an experiment to demonstrate the existence of the "Ether wind", as Earth moves through the presumed Ether field. They were startled when they failed to detect it. Even Einstein failed to spot the fatal flaw in the MM Ex. It was accepted as valid, by everyone in power, in the physics community. As a result, anyone nowadays who even mentions the word Ether is considered "lunatic fringe", or to use the current insulting buzzword; guilty of "pseudo-science". All it takes to pull down such bizarre theories as pseudo-particles of light waves (photons) and pseudo-particles of gravity (gravitons), is to shoot down this one experiment. But I’ll add the icing to the cake with some legitimate experiments. This book contains brand new very comprehensive theory. There are, no doubt, some inconsistencies because it is developmental work-in-progress. Where two different details are given in conflict, one is obsolete. Challenge it, and I’ll correct it. I’ll catch it on the next upgrade edit. Redbourne’s General Theory of Universe Structure and Dynamics stands solid.

Working Hypothesis: The rest of this book is based upon this following working hypothesis: There is the real possibility of the Ether Lines-Of-Force Lattice existing and completely filling all space and Matter. It is almost perfectly elastic to the movement of energy waves passing through it. Like Matter; it has mass and occupies space. Because it is almost perfectly elastic, it does not disrupt the flow of light waves through itself in any way, and it is therefore "almost" perfectly transmitting of light, and therefore invisible. "Almost" does not mean the Ether scatters or absorbs light in any way; it just means it allows the light waves to wave-disperse longitudinally over long time-distance. In a certain sense, this can be said to make the Ether visible to us through the redshift of starlight as measured in astronomical spectrophotometers.
