Existing classroom textbooks and course procedures may be freely corrected immediately to conform with these concepts, with credits to JR Redbourne. Equipment designs may be corrected to conform with these concepts with credit to JR Redbourne. This is pretty darned generous.

This wide and simultaneous email distribution is to guarantee intellectual credit to JR Redbourne, and to thwart theft by the unscrupulous. It is also to get it quickly into the public domain to thwart attempts to suffocate this information by attacks from political, religious, academic, military and quasi-military organizations. I’m so paranoid, I’d be surprised if men-in-black don’t show up at my door. I, JR Redbourne, reserve the right to first formal commercial publication of this material. I will deal with sneaky plagiarism and outright theft severely and personally. I have all the original developmental work in safekeeping. I have original hard copies and floppy discs in the possession of legal authorities, and dated previous to this email. I also have a list of technical questions I will immediately put to any thief. Any SOB that tries to steal it from me can expect me to show up dressed in black. In the properly published book, credits to everyone I can think of, and am informed of, will be included.

Offers from publishers to generate hardcover and softcover first editions are to offer: "As soon as possible, on an emergency basis", with unconscionably high retainer, up-front, and royalties to make a casino owner blush. I invite proposals for collaboration on higher-expertise-level edition. I invite speaking engagement offers.

The Rough Draft issue numbers indicate presentation upgrades to make the book more reader-friendly, and more spin-off corollary theory additions. There are no Theory revisions. But some blundering mistakes are corrected. The Michelson and Morley Experiment Invalidation, Non-Skewed Lightwaves Experiment Invalidation, and Ether Theory stand solidly, as in the First Draft. Upgrade #8 is a general improvement to explanations in text, and presentation in many added drawings. My attitudes have also been upgraded. This is newly invented theory, without recourse to peer evaluation or proofreaders. Therefore, there are still likely ERRORS and OMISSIONS in this 8^th DRAFT ISSUE. I suggest discarding previous issues, or saving them for garage sales to the unwary.
