Gitchel's Fester Brats

Fester Brats are a unique concoction whose exact ingredients are unknown to anyone -- except to Carl Gitchel.  They have delighted and amused tens of people in the Madison and Mount Horeb areas.

While Fester Brats' nutritional information are unavailable outside of a laboratory setting, they can be served and consumed to adults who are willing to sign a Release of Liability Waiver.

C A U T I O N :

Fester Brats should not be consumed near open flame, nor by human beings who experience back or neck problems, seizures, liver or kidney ailments, recurring headaches or dizziness, or women who may be pregnant.  Fester Brats have not yet been tested with animals, and may cause uncontrollable and less than pleasurable flatulence, and a false sense of security.
