Fassero's performance might be a little misleading, he did only let up one run over five inninings, but he won't get anywhere walking 1.2 per inning.

Nixon had a beautiful swing in the third when he tatooed Sele's off speed pitch deep into the bleachers in right. This held up until AROD's double in the 5th. Brian Daubach showing he should be playing all the time by breaking the 1-1 tie with a 2-out 2-run single, scoring Everett and Stanley.

The rest of the scoring was all Seattle, with the help of a fielding error on Offerman and a pair of walks and groudballs in the 7th, and back to back homers by Cameron and Bell in the Seattle 8th. The Sox couldn't overcome a Sasaki ninth, when he struck out the top of the order.
