Important Notice : You should apply as early as you can. Every year application is open in middle of November. There are 1st call and 2nd call. Try to send all documents during 1st call, otherwise in 2nd call you may in waiting list. There is three stage of admission. look below.

1st stage: Complete on line application and send all documents as university need.

2nd stage: Need to translate in Italian language all of documents except your course details. Italian embassy will help you to authorized all documents with Declaration of Value. After that embassy will send all documents to polimi university for your final admission.

3rd stage: Prove you sufficient fund to study in Italy for 2 years for getting your visa (if you do not get any scholarship)

Admission require documents: 1. A signed copy of the printed on-line application (You should apply once, remember it 2. University qualification (equivalent to a Bachelor degree 3. An academic transcript certified by the university registrar’s office (preferably in a sealed envelope) 4.The detailed study programmes (course descriptions)certified by the university registrar’s office. 5. Your Curriculum Vitae (Resume): max. 2 pages. Please include in your CV the number of years it took (will take) you to complete your university degree as well as the number of years that this degree is generally expected to last. 6. Letters of Motivation (1 for each study programme chosen, max 2 pages) 7. English language certificate (if you pass 3 years B.Sc then take a language certificate as link from your university). 8. One/Two letter(s) of recommendation sealed in an official envelope All these 8 documents keep in one folder. If you applied for two subjects then you have to send another 2 folders. Those documents are sealed not to include in these two folders because all sealed documents will copy by university and send to proper departments.

Language Requirement: A certificate attesting the knowledge of the English language (for programs being given in English) or the Italian language (for programs being given in Italian). The deadline for receiving this certificate is April 15th, 2008.(most time) Please be aware that, after that date, applications missing the English language certificate will be rejected, even if the dossier had been positively evaluated and accepted in the first stage. Note: only English mother tongue students and those who can prove that English was the medium of instruction of their Bachelor Degree (at least for 3 years) are exempted from providing any English language certification. In this last case, students are required to send a document certified by the university attesting that their program was entirely taught in English. polimi TOEFL code is 9795. The minimum requirements for English language proficiency are shown here following: TOEFL computer: 220 ; TOEFL iBT: 82 ; TOEFL Paper: 560 ; TOEIC: 700
