
Oriental
Noodle Salad

(As you will see, this is not a precise measurement
required meal)
I head of lettuce chopped (I like Romaine)
A little diced: onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper
and any other salad veggie you like
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Ramen noodles (oriental flavor)
Soy Sauce
Rice Wine Vinegar (unseasoned)
Sesame Oil
Add all the veggies together after washing well
Mix ginger with 1 part soy sauce, 3 part rice wine vinegar,
1-2 part sesame oil
(You can also add the oriental seasoning from the ramen
noodles if you'd like).
Mix well.
Place veggies on a plate, crush ramen noodles over it
just before serving and pour dressing on top.
(Make sure you mix dressing just before pouring).
