HAVE HEALTHY FOOD BE HEALTHIER

Through the company of a spiritual master (Guruji) we came to know that the food pattern is one of the root cause of many disease. On the basis of the knowledge gained from the reverent Guru, we are just trying to keep yourself healthy just improving your food pattern and get safe from the side effect of modern therapy.

The following daily food which we (specially - Nepalese) are fully habituated is one of the main cause of being diseased.

1. White rice- we prefer to have white rice but this is one of the foods, which keep us physically and mentally sick. The important part of the rice –the bran, is thrown out just polishing the rice in cellar. Rice bran, which contains the Vitamin Bs, is no more in the polished rice. In the lack of Vitamin Bs one will be having the problem of depression, confusion and insomnia, which creates mental problems. Besides, the white rice may generate the problem of constipation, diabetes, alkai etc.

Therefore we request, possibly to avoid white rice and to use brown rice.

2. White sugar- it has almost taken a dominant role in our society. From the very early morning it has become a compulsory food in our culture. Science has proved that the excess use of sugar develops a habit of Juvenile delinquency. Since it is polished with some chemicals to make white taking out the roughses and vitamins, which actually help us to keep healthier is lacking. Regular excess use of the white sugar helps in reducing the magnesium and calcium from our body. Lack of magnesium and calcium weakens the brain and bone.

Therefore we request, possibly to avoid the white sugar and to use the raw sugar and honey.

3. White flour –since the white rice contains no vitamins like that the white flour lacks the vitamins and minerals of wheat. The white flour and most of its products may create stomach problem, specially the constipation. Mostly, constipation or stomach disorder generates other physical and mental illness.

So we request possibly to avoid the white flour and to use the whole-wheat flour and its product.

4. White margarine- as proved scientifically, white margarine is one of the unhealthiest food that is easily available. We know it that the water boiled in 100-degree Celsius is highly hygienic since all the germs are killed in this temperature. Just to make the margarine, one needs to boil the vegetable oil, to the temperature of 700 to 900 degree celcieus. So, we can imagine when any food is boiled in that temperature there will remain no vitamins and minerals. It (margarine) works just like a liquid plastic which greatly helps to damage our stomach.

We request, possibly to use lesser amount of any fat.

5. White salt- it is one of another slow poison in creating many health problems. Salt contains high amount of sodium. Excess use of salt creates mental disturbances, which generates high blood pressure. We know if this disease is not taken good care may turn to the patient to paralysis and heart attack. Just to be saved from such diseases we advice to use salt to the limitation of 3 grams a day.

Some special request: -

1. Possibly avoid the aluminum utensils in cooking. It helps to damage the memory capacity and create stomach problems.

2. Please try to avoid the food containing the artificial testing powder like Mono Sodium Glutamate.

3. Scientifically, it has been proved, the daily consumptions of MSG helps to get the asthma and stomach disorder.

4. Avoid drinking water just half hour before and after the food. Water, along with food creates the indigestion problem.

5. Always try to have a food of high fiber contents.

6. The mixing of carbohydrates and protein helps in the formation of gases in the stomach, thus creating the gastritis and ulcers.

Please note the stomach disorder is the one of the root cause of many physical problems. Possibly, chew well the foods.

Recommended some healthy foods: -

Ø The high fiber containing ready made food like roasted oats flour, wheat flour and farm flour which gives high protein and vitamins and easy to digest.,p> Ø Brown rice, whole-wheat flour and brown sugar (raw sugar) natural honey, brown bread etc.

Ø Peanut butter- - Plain and mixes with honey.

Ø Ginseng tea, chamomile tea, kidney tea and many other herbal medicine teas.

Ø Muesli, Granola, Porridge and Granola bars.

Ø Hygienically sun dried tomato dipped in olive oil.

Ø Olive oil-, which helps to normalize the cholesterol and smoothen the metabolistic system.

Ø Ginseng, Spirulina, Betacarotine and Royal Jelly are taken, as the special food supplement for energizing the body is also available with us. Ø Different dried fruits.

Ø Besides, above-mentioned foods we serve other daily necessity items.
