Ralf is extremely self-confident and mantains an aristocratic and rather pompous attitude throughout the series. Although his is mean to Team BBA initially, particularly Takao; after he is defeated by him, Ralf becomes one of Takao's biggest supporters. Ralf's Beyblading ability is very strong and his enormous bitbeast is well known for its strength.

During Team BBA's engagement with the Dark Bladers on the Eiffel Tower, Oliveir secretly watches the battle and following this meets up with them. Oliveir views Beyblading as an art and is preoccupied with the beauty in Beyblading, as he is with it in cooking and painting. He is very wealthy and knows little about teamwork but, unlike the others, is the first one willing to actually give it a try. In beybattles, Olivier has good all round skills and his bitbeast Unicolyon is particularly attractive; grace and beauty seems to be the essence of Oliveir's technique.

Giancarlo is the ladies' man of Beyblade; spending all his time hanging out with girls, and hardly ever practicing Beyblading or studying. Despite his eccentric and girl crazy behaviour, Giancarlo is a friendly guy who packs alot of punch in beybattles. When he engages in battle with Takao after much convincing he demonstrates the awesome power of his multiple-headed bitbeast Amphilyon and attains an easy victory. However, it is Giancarlo's cruel treatment of his bitbeast and lack of respect which gets him into trouble in his and Takao's rematch.

Johnny is from an honourable Scottish family and has a strong sense of family pride. He is generally loud, rude and obnoxious; having a technique in Beyblading that mimicks traditional European warfare. His bitbeast Salamalyon is very powerful and his victory over Kai is a testament to this.
