Gig info for RJE members

• Attire: Black socks, Black shoes, Black pants (khaki or dress slacks), new RJE shirt for all gigs
• Music: All members should check music a week before gig to ensure they have all the music needed.
• Band Contacts: Anyone who needs to contact the band must call Scott Cater, Scott Bowers, or Mike Schothauer.

Gig Info:

• Attire: Casual black shoes, black pants (Khakis Acceptable), RJE shirt.
• Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
• Parking is available at the Park near the stage. Look for a covered picnic area. Caution: There could be changes where we are performing in the park, do not assume we are at the covered picnic area.
• Bring your stand lights. If you do not have one, we can supply one for you.
• Everyone is expected to be there by 1:00pm or earlier for setup. Be on time to help Mike & Scott.

Directions:

• From the Baltimore Beltway, I-695, take 795 NW to Westminster.
• Merge onto Rte 140 to Westminster.
• Follow Rte 140 though Westminster.
• Stay on Rte 140 to Taneytown.
• Drive through Taneytown staying on Rte 140 (Taneytown Pike) until you get to the northwest side of town.
• Make a left at the second driveway of the Taneytown Memorial Park.

September 23, 2000 Westminster Fallfest, Westminster, MD

Set 1

Attire: Casual black shoes, black pants (Khakis Acceptable), RJE shirt.
Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
Directions: Westminster Fallfest is being held Main St (Rte 27 Middle of Town), Westminster, MD 21157

Basically, the same directions as the May gig in Westminster and same parking lot. Different stage, I hope. They told me that the stage is near the fire station. If unsure, ask someone where the Longwell stage is.

• From the Baltimore Beltway, I-695, take 795 NW to Westminster.
• Merge on to Rte140 to Westminster.
• Stay on Rte 140 until you get to the Center Street (landmark: Cranberry Mall is on far right).
• Make a left on to Center Street.
• Follow Center Street until you get to Main Street.
• Make a right on to Main Street. (Most likely there will be someone to direct you to the parking lot. You will not be able to park on Main Street near stage.)

Everyone else is expected to be there by 9:00 or earlier for setup. Please be on time to help Mike & Scott.

October 08, 2000 Mt. Airy Festival, Mt. Airy, MD

Set 1

• Attire: Casual black shoes, black pants (Khakis Acceptable), RJE shirt.
• Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
• Please wear your RJE shirts. If it is cold, wear another shirt underneath the RJE shirt.
• Tape your music together. It may be windy.
• Everyone is expected to be there by 2:00pm or earlier for setup. Be on time to help Mike & Scott.
• Give yourself at least an half hour extra ahead of time, for the shuttle bus may be 10 to 15 minutes getting into town.

• Take 695 (the beltway) to Interstate 70.
• Take exit 68 to Rte 27
• Take 27 to the intersection of Park Ave. and Twin Arch Road. Do not take Rte 808 as you will not be able get into town
• All horns must make a right on to Twin Arch Road and park in the Fireman’s grounds. A shuttle bus will drive you in.
• Drums, Bass, Sound Truck, & Guitar people will make a left on to Park Ave. and will park near the stage.
