August 12, 2001 New Windsor Fairgrounds, New Windsor, MD

• Attire: Casual black shoes, black pants (Khakis Acceptable), RJE shirt.
• Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
• Directions: New Windsor Town Concert, Intersection of Rte 75 & Rte 31 (Middle of Town), New Windsor, MD 21776
  • From the Baltimore Beltway, I-695, take 795 NW to Westminster.
  • Merge on to Rte 140 to Westminster.
  • Stay on Rte 140 though Westminster.
  • As you are leaving Westminster make a left on to Rte 31. (Landmark: There is a golf course on the left where you turn.)
  • Follow Rte 31 to New Windsor.
  • Drive into New Windsor to the Intersection of Rte 75 and Rte 31 where there is a Gazebo on the right.
  • Turn right on Rte 31.
  • The fairgrounds is just past the middle school on the left, 100+ yards from Rte 75
  • We are playing in the covered stage closest to the road.
• Drums, Bass, & Sound vehicles please unload on Rte 31. Please do not unload or park on Rte 75. I want to avoid blocking traffic. Please unload equipment as quickly as possible then park.
• Parking is available at the Middle School located left on Rte 75. It is adjacent to gazebo roughly about 200 feet away. We have been asked to please not park in resident lots.
• Bring your stand lights. If you do not have one, we can supply one for you.
• Everyone is expected to be there by 6:00 or earlier for setup. Be on time to help Mike & Scott.

September 15, 2001

• Attire: Black shoes, black socks, black suit, black bow tie, white shirt.
• Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
• Directions:
  • Take 695 to Towson Exit 27 (Dulaney Valley Road) South
  • Goucher College is located on the left as you get off the exit.
  • As you follow Loop Road find Anna Heubeck Hall.
  • We are going to be on the second floor-Multipurpose room to the right. There is an elevator.

• Arriving Musicians:
  • Sound Equipment, Drums, and Amps need to be there at 7:00pm. (There is an hour break before we play.)
  • Everyone else please be there by 8:00pm to warm up. Do not go to the stage and set up. We do not want to interrupt the dance lessons that will be going on from 8-9. There will be a place to warm up elsewhere. If you have to set up on stage, be there before 7:45pm

September 23, 2001

• Directions:
  • Take 695 to 795
  • Follow 795 to Exit 4 & follow exit ramp towards Owings Mills Town Center.
  • Do not go to Mall... follow ramp to Owings Mills Blvd.
  • Follow Owings Mills Blvd through 3 lights.
  • Make a right at 3rd light (Lyons Mill Road)
  • Follow Lyons Mill about 1/4 of a mile
  • Make a right on to Coyle Road.
  • Chaucer Way is on the left.
  Arriving Musicians:
  • Sound Equipment, Drums, and Amps need to be there at 3:30pm.
  • Everyone else please be there by 4:00pm to warm-up. We would appreciate some volunteers to help set-up at 3:30 if possible.

October 4, 2001

Program

• Attire: Black shoes, black socks, black pants, and red shirt that will be passed out at gig. Wear an easily changeable shirt that will show underneath red shirt.
• Poor Weather: Always assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C. or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled. If you have not heard from us, the performance is still on.
• Carpooling: I do recommend carpooling if possible. My suggestion is to work out a meeting place with someone in the band which best works for you. Or meet at the church before 4:50.
• Directions:
  • Take 695 to 83 south
  • Follow 83 to the end of the expressway.
  • Continue straight which is Presidents Street.
  • Follow Presidents Street to the hotel, which is on the right.
  • Turn right into the alley between the hotel and the hotel garage. Just before the parking garage entrance, there is a freight elevator for the larger instruments and other equipment. Please do not block the alley, as other vehicles will be using it. The attendants at the hotel assured me there would be enough parking space for everyone. If the garage is full, our backup is the Little Italy garage located a block up Presidents Street.
• Arriving Musicians:
  • Sound Equipment, Drums, and other large equipment need to be there at 5:30pm or earlier. We need to be set up before 6:50pm.
  • Everyone else please be there by 6:00pm to warm up. We would appreciate some volunteers to help set-up at 5:30pm if possible.
• In the hotel:
  • Use the elevators to the fourth floor. Please do not use the escalators.
  • Make a right off the elevator and another right down the hall to the Ballroom (Solon A). The stage will be in the middle of the Ballroom.
  • Please do not go to the Harborside Foyer located in front of the Ballroom.
  • If you come in late, our green room is Laurel D, which is located on the opposite side of the fourth floor from the elevators. If possible, please make your way behind the ballroom.
  • Hotel personnel and security should be around to guide you. If you are lost, please ask for directions to Laurel D. Please do not roam around.
• Note: The play list is subject to change. If there is an update it will be on the web site and announced at the gig and by e-mail. Bring all music to gig.

• Poor Weather: Assume there will be a performance, no matter what. Scott C or Scott B. will call you if the performance is cancelled.
• Directions:
  From 695
  • From 695(Baltimore Beltway) to Exit 19 (795) Get off at Exit 4 (the Owings Mills Center Exit) to Owings Mills Blvd west. Be careful to keep left to Owings Mills Blvd otherwise you will end up at the Mall
  • Follow Owings Mills Blvd straight to Lakeside Blvd
  • Make a right on to Lakeside Blvd and follow about 1mile.
  • Make a right on to Groffs Mill Dr. You should be able to see the store.
  • Make a left.

  From Westminster

  • From Westminster take rte 140 to (795)
  • Make a right at Exit 4(the Owings Mills Center Exit) to Owings Mills Blvd. Be careful to keep left to Owings Mills Blvd otherwise you will end up at the Mall
  • Follow Owings Mills Blvd straight to Lakeside Blvd
  • Make a right on to Lakeside Blvd and follow about 1 mile.
  • Make a right on to Groffs Mill Dr. You should be able to see the store
  • Make a left.
• All Rhythm and sound people should arrive at 12:30pm. All other personnel should arrive at 1:15pm.
• Please park in the parking lots not the driveway. There is plenty of parking at the front of the store. All sound and rhythm personnel can park in the back of the store at the loading dock.
