rose Treat YOU Right

Taxes are through, chores are done, or are they? Have you been a little stressed out lately? You've got to treat yourself well. And that doesn't mean just pigging out.

* Take some time out to relax. Just sit back, close your eyes, and go blank. Don't think about anything in particular, and don't let your mind rest on what you have to do, your plans for tomorrow, anything. Think of your ideal vacation spot, imagine yourself with no obligations, and take a mini-vacation right now.

* Eat some comfort food. Get cool (or warm, as you need) and eat a box of raisins, or apple- sauce, or a few graham crackers. Try air-popped popcorn. Even better, buy some fresh fruit and bite into a crunchy, juicy apple.

* Read a good book. You've been meaning to read one, haven't you? Take half an hour before bed- time to read part of the book. Make it something cheerful, touching, and heartwarming.

* Play. Stop thinking of tv as your only source of entertainment. Remeber what it was like to play as a kid? Go outside, turn cartwheels, play with your kids, run around. You'll feel better in no time!
