Yeah you. You've been working hard. Do something for you now, and then you can tackle the world: * When was the last time you took a bubble bath? It's easy, and you don't even need to buy special bubble bath for it. Just fill the tub with warm water, and squirt body wash or liquid body gel under the tap where the water is running to make the soap lather. Then just slip in, turn on some soothing music and lie there for 10-15 minutes. * Don't deny yourself foods you love - chocolate, juicy fruits, ice cream, fresh lemonade. Just have a little, and enjoy every drop and every bite. * Read a great trashy novel. * Watch an old sappy movie and cry your eyes out. Keep a handkerchief handy! * The ultimate indulgence: sleep. There's nothing so lazy and refreshing as a nap on a sunny, languid afternoon. |
