Lazy days are gone and it's time to start really waking up early. You'll find so many more things accomplished in your day, and you'll be brighter and fresher when you start getting up at the right time each day. Be prepared: * Get your sleep. Try to avoid staying up really late and instead go to bed BEFORE that late night show. * Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier every day for a week. Then wake up to it. * Have someone get you out of bed at a regular early time for a week. By then, your internal clock should be set. * If you're having trouble sleeping, just lie back and close your eyes and rest. Don't try to force sleep. |
