Do you see the glass half empty or half full? Having a positive attitude can mean all the difference in your life, making you happier, less stressed, and more productive. Try these tips. * Whenever you meet someone, think of at least 2 things that are good about them. Try to do this every time you see someone you know. * When confronted with a tough, depressing situation, ask yourself, what good things could come out of this? Then answer seriously. You might be surprised at the answers you come up with. * When you feel yourself slipping into a negative attitude, smile, at least inside yourself. It will pick up up a little. The smile will spread to you and to others. * Give yourself a break. Don't always be putting yourself and others down - and when you have said something you don't mean, apologize. When things are not looking good (in your opinion), find a ray of hope. You will instill that in others and the result will be infectious.
