rose How to Be Beautiful

Think you're the ugly duckling? No, you're not! You can be a lovely swan, if only you wait and take a good look at your reflection.

* Find out what it means to be beautiful for you. Does it mean great clothes, good makeup, great hair? These are things that can be changed easily, so go shopping, get a makeover, and head to the salon. What are you waiting for?

* If your idea of beauty is perfect flawless features, maybe it's time to rethink that. If you don't have a model's cheekbones, it's ok. Take a look at some of the people you find beautiful. You'll find not all of them have perfect figures. Some models' thighs jiggle too!

* Find your own beauty. What's your best feature? You definitely have at least one great thing about yourself (actually, hundreds!). Play it up, and take advantage of it.

* Start with inner beauty. You won't be beautiful outside if you're sad and starved inside. Keep your soul happy with a healthy lifestyle and positive outlook. It will radiate to the outside.

* Control what you can. Some very famous beautiful people wake up that way - it's in their genes. But everyone else must spend hours at the gym, get facelifts and plastic surgery, apply chemicals, to look even somewhat similar. Is this worth your time, effort, and money? Decide for yourself.

* Beauty is not about looking perfect. It's about being the natural you that's beautiful. Ask someone who loves you and they will invariably answer that you are beautiful. After all, doing something kind for others can make you beautiful. And carrying it all with a smile, no one else will have to say it. You'll know you're beautiful.
