Come to think of this issue, the existence

On the business side, if a company or an organization
has a great percent of turn-over in a quarter’s time, you
better not apply. One
of the Philippine based multinational company, Texas Instruments
- a semiconductor company, was the most ethical and employee-oriented
company I have been associated with. They were international,
there were a number of layers of management, but from the
CEO down the culture of the company was one of "do the
right thing." Each employees stay from one generation
to the other of their own children. But I have this company
that in every 2 to 3 months of stay they (the owners of the
business) end the contract and hire another one even if the
latter deserves to be a regular. Not only that, the owner
doesn’t pay even the government the right taxes on his sales
and does not provide any benefits like SSS, PHILHEALTH and
falsify accounting documents to declare that the company did
not gain this much so that the following year, he will have
all the reason not to raise employees salaries.
- Study and philosophy of human conduct.
The
example I am going to give is the rampant site’s providing
crack for licensed software or crack generators. Although,
we are a benefactor for the doing but it’s unethical for it
is cheating. We took advantage of something that would benefit
from, but not giving anything back, or (having the consent
of) to whoever was the one who created, provided or authorized
author of the software. Although everybody is doing it, it
does not mean the wrong doing turn out to be right.
- Focus on the care for the soul.
Not
to mention of what we believe in, we are given the free-will
to distinguish right from wrong so as to preserve our soul
while we are still in our body. Romans 14:12 a verse in the
bible states that we are all held accountable before God for
all our doings. One example of this is whether to tolerate
“nudity as an art” or “nudity is a no-no as an art”. Internet
never ends up pop-up windows, cookies, images, streaming videos,
underground pages, advertisements and links on nude pictures.
I accept the idea that looking at nude pictures of women corrupts
the soul. I am sighting another verse in the bible, Matthew
5:28 said that by looking only unto a woman and to lust after
her commits adultery in his heart. Men may say “what if it’s
accidental that a nude pop-up window opened will that corrupt
my soul? Well, my answer to that is the “Lords prayer”-lead
us not to temptation but deliver us from evil.
