  15. The Deaf Education Option Web. One of the most difficult decisions faced by families of newly diagnosed children who are hard of hearing or deaf is how to communicate with their child. Families are typically bombarded with opinions and predictions from a variety of professionals. Confusion is often the result. This entire site has been put together completely through the volunteer efforts of children and adults worldwide.
