"How to Buy a PC" was supposed to be written, as a continuation to an article
that I wrote in the Yedioth Ganey Yaar journal, (a journal local to our
neighbourhood).
However, due to lack of time, and since there was no much demand for it, I
decided to save the time and just give a few references.

* A great place to learn many hardware issues, including basic introductory
  documents, is http://www.nospin.org is a great place for learning hardware issues.
* For basic learning of hardware issues, one can use http://www.pctechguide.com/
* For specific hardware reviews, there are two good places:
  http://www.tomshardware.com and http://anandtech.com .
* You may also search Usenet for discussion about specific hardware devices,
  using the advanced Usenet search engine of Googles (originally Deja: 
  http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search ).
* There are many PC related mailing lists, a list of a few that I recommend can
  be retreived by sending a message to LISTSERV@UNL.EDU with the following line as
  the BODY of your message:
  GET HN-OTHER.RESOUR
