Looks like the Amish Renegade would like to have a team of horses hooked up to this buggy so he could take her for a spin.
Fortunately there weren't any free at the time to pull him around.
It's just as well; we didn't want another incident, and we didn't want him getting hurt. (No phones means no 911.)
