GRILLED MARINATED SQUID

	Ingredients:
	
	1 kg. (2lb) small squid, cleaned


	- Chilli Ginger Marinade -

	2 tbsp. lime juice
	1 tbsp. olive oil
	1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
	1 tbsp. fresh red chilli, chopped


	Cooking Directions:

	1. To make marinade, place lime juice, oil basil and chilli
	   in a bowl and mix to combine.  Add squid, toss to coat
	   and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

	2. Drain squid and cook under a preheated hot grill or on a
	   barbeque for 5-7 mins. or until tender.
