SPICY CHINESE TORTILLAS

	Ingredients:
	
	4 tbsp. soy sauce
	4 tsp. sugar
	1 tbsp. ketchup
	1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
	4 cloves garlic, minced
	1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
	1/2 lb. lean beef cut into thin strips
	1 tsp. vegetable oil
	3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
	2 carrots, peeled and sliced
	1 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
	2 green onion sliced
	12 tortillas, warmed


	Serving Directions:

	1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, ketchup and
	   worcestershire sauce.  In a large skillet cook and stir
	   garlic, red pepper and beef in oil for 5 mins.  Add
	   cabbage, carrots, spinach, onions and soy sauce in
	   mixture.  Cook covered until vegetables are tender for
	   10 mins.  Layer 3 tortillas; filled with 1/4 of the
	   beef mixture.  Fold to enclose filling.  Repeat with
	   remaining tortillas and filling.
