Stats: The Stats are the things that decide how well you do in battles and events, but are not the only thing that the outcome of a battle or event depends on. You initially get 15 stat points to distribute between the stats. You may also get stat bonuses depending on your allegiance. Here are the stats:- Strength: How strong your character is and how much damage you can take. Weapon Skill: How well you can use weapons. Some weapons require a certain level of weapon skill. Composure: How long you can keep your cool in a situation. Intelligence: How clever your character is. The more clever a character the easier your character can get ideas. Agility: How quick and flexible your character is. Allegiance: This determines what you start with and where you start. Different allegiances have different advantages, and disadvantages too. They are:- Civilian: This is just a basic civilian who has been caught up in the mistakes made by Umbrella. A civilian starts off with a car (which you may choose) and a basic knife. The car can only be one chosen from Ernies Automobiles and can only be equal to, or under the value of £7000. The civilian starts with £6000 Omega City Police Officer (OCPD): This is a person who protects the townspeople from harm, but it seems the Umbrella creations are a bit too much for the handfull left to handle. With only a few left they must try to defend the remaining civilians. Police officers start off with a handgun, kevlar armour and a lockpick. Police start off with £1500 Umbrella Scientist: This is one of the people who created the dreaded T-Virus. They are very intelligent but not very strong. They are hated by many and loved by none. These murderers start off with a knife. They start with a bank account of $10000 Umbrella Mercenary: These are people hired by Umbrella to rid the world of the creations made by Umbrella themselves. They are not very clever but have amazing weapon skill and strength. Starts with Sub Machine Gun, handgun and Comat Knife. They get £2000 to spend. British Army Infantry: These are people sent to Omega City by the British government to kill any remaining survivors in Omega City to stop the T-Virus spreading around Britain. They are very fast, strong, good with weapons and taught in many mission scenarios. They start with Assault Rifle and Combat Knife. They are soldiers on the field of duty, so they start with only £100. Special Abilities: The thing that seperates us from the rest of the Resident Evil RPG community. Special abilities can give you the edge in a battle or event. They give you either an item or extra stats or an ability. Here is the list of abilities available to you:-
Martial Arts:
Hands:
Other:
Actions: These are the things you choose to do in your time in Omega City. You are able to do actions on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can choose to do the following:- Buy From Trade Centers: To buy from trade centers you need to be at a trade center(DUH). Certain trade centers sell different things so be careful you choose to go to the right one or you could lose your life. Attack Someone: You are able to attack anyone you want but you have to be careful who you attack. You must be in the same location as that person to attack them. If you want to attack someone say one item you want from them if you win, check the roster page to see what they own.(YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHOOSE THEIR CAR). You may not attack someone if they are just travelling through your area or towards somewhere else. Investigate: You can investigate your
current location aslong as you are not travelling. If you are investigating
you cannot do anything else. The good thing about investigating
is that you may find items which are not in the shop. The number of days it takes to investigate an area will be shown on the travel page next to the location name. You may not perform any other actions until you have finished investigating an area completely. Investigating is only carried out on days the rpg is running e.g thursday, friday, saturday and sunday.(WARNING: While
investigating people are able to attack you...or something more sinister might take an interest in your flesh...Investigation concept created by Mordant, go to links section to get to his RPG) The Amount Of days it takes to investigate a location can be found in the travel section next to its name.
Use Item: You can also use an item such as a healing spray or herb. Travel: You can travel from one location to another. The amount of time that it takes you to travel can be changed whether you have a car or not. Damage: There are 4 levels of damage:- Green- Fine Yellow- Caution Orange- Bad Caution Red- Danger If you go below danger you are dead. If you have died you will have to wait a week before you can rejoin.(You cannot rejoin as a character who has already died) Vehicles: Vehicles give you a great advantage in this game. They speed up your travel time and also can be equipped with items. These items range from guns to lights, which can be bought from Alec's Protection Agency. Also vehicles have a special thing called Battle Power(BP). Each vehicle starts at a certain BP. You can repair a vehicles BP but it takes 4 days per BP, which is only done on the days the rpg runs and you can be attacked by others while repairing your vehicle. No vehicle can be repaired above its original BP unless it has accessories which give it a higher BP. Once a vehicle reaches 0 BP it will no longer work. It will be beyond repair. Teams: See the teams page for more information on joining and starting teams Also, MULTIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!! We have recently bought an ip address checker and can track your ip. If you are found to have multiple characters on this rpg, you will be deleted and banned!!! Well there will be more rules added as things come up. But for now thats it. Enjoy...
