The Army of the
Potomac Muster Policy
January 9, 2005
Officers of the Army of the Potomac;
Muster:
I’m sure some of you have noticed that , yet again , we don’t have a muster site. I believe this is a blessing in disguise. It will give us the opportunity to try a new muster system that will, hopefully, increase dialogue between all officers while achieving 100% muster of the Army of the Potomac. I hereby order that all Army of the Potomac officers shall adhere to the following muster regimen:
All officers will send an email to me by the end of the month giving me their name, rank unit and whether or not they have a game going. My email address is dagolen@cableone.net and my work email address is gmn@cableone.net .
I will add a muster status box to your new Muster Roll page accessible through the new AoP mainpage. Basically, the first month you miss a muster you have a warning. The second month you have a final warning and after 3 months you are MIA and placed in the hospital. You will be given a 3 month stay in the hospital as an MIA and if we still don’t hear from you we will be forced to drum you out of the Army with loss of rank and privilege.
Email address:
All officers will please review the Muster roll and send me an email with their correct email address.
Major General Don Golen
