Identifying Your Body Type

• Adrenal - Working hands, short, firm flat bottom, craves salty food. Dab fragrance on the base of the spine, near the tailbone. This area is connected to strength, determination, and bravery.
• Thyroid - Long, slender fingers and toes, round bottom, not very pronounced. Craves sugary foods. Dab fragrance on center of forehead between eyebrows. This will help clear out mental cobwebs.
• Pituitary - Round face, small delicate hands and feet. Craves dairy products and fruit. Dab fragrance on belly button area. This will help with physical and emotional stimulation.
• Gonad (ovary) - Bottom half of body is larger than the top. Craves hot and spicy foods. Dab fragrance on heart area between breasts. This is the center of love, harmony, and peace.

• Fennel - Cheers and consoles when we have insecurities regarding physical appearance. Gives courage to make changes.
• Geranium - Builds physical courage and creates a store of vibrant energy.
• Hyssop - Clears the mind, quickness, clarity, lessons nervous tension and brings relaxation.
• Jasmine - Raises and brightens the listless spirit. Stimulates responses to create sexual desire.
• Juniper - Dispels the stress created by leading a busy life. Creates a calm and clear flow to the brain.

• AdrenaForce - Helps balance Adrenal types as they are overly worked or lethargic. Helps keep adrenals pumping out positive hormones.
• GonadaForce - Helps keep ovaries in proper hormone production, balancing out negative symptoms of pms, etc.
• PituiForce - Master gland needs supplementation as it governs all other glands. This formula supports the pituitary and gives it strength.
• ThyroForce - Helps keep thyroid stable. An unbalanced thyroid causes extreme fatigue or hyperactivity and nervousness.
