Corrections
Shopping instead of shoipping Anne moved to approve the corrected minutes from the previous meeting and Anthony seconded. Minutes approved by those in attendance.
Motion to accept minutes by Isela and seconded by Donna.
Treasurers Report - Kathy Butler
Current balance in checking is: $ 11,226.38. Savings is $3,751.43. Our Total is: $15,027.81.
Bills
Transportation-$1772.50 for Fairfield
Mr. Wong $135.82 for concert dress
Mr. Wong $758.16 for Santa Cruz t-shirts
Anne moved to pay bills. Isela seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.

Membership Report - Denise Gavello
A few parents have joined the yahoo band group. Please join, if you have not, already.
Publicity Report Martha Tuma
We have sent out 126 letters for the jazz dinner dance donations. We have gotten 4 letters back that had incorrect addresses.
The winter concert was mentioned in the Argus.
Fundraising Report - Anthony Nunes
We have a pizza night for February 13th at Pizza Italia.
There is a Jazz Dinner Dance meeting after this BPO mtg.

Old Business
We are still working on a thank you gift from the band for Mr. Chamberlain.
The PTSA is still working on the marquee. There are bricks that you can purchase for $250 and put your name on it.
The Trailer is in the process of being moved into a locked area of the school. We will look into the possibility of selling it.
New Business
Winter percussion & guard rehearsals have started.
The Honor Band concert is February 4th, 2006 at the Smith Center.
Winter Concert and dessert is on Jan. 12, 2006 at 7:30 pm.
Letters have gone out with dessert and soda requests.
It is a fundraiser for the music program.
We will hold a 50/50 drawing.
We need to purchase more tablecloths for the concert.
Isela motioned to keep the dessert available at the end of the concert.
The Pops concert will just be a dessert night instead of spaghetti dinner, since the Jazz Dinner dance is in the same month. We will keep the fee at $5.00.
We may want to consider having a yearly concert pass as an incentive.
School newsletter is available online.
Denise moved to adjourn the meeting and Isela seconded. Meeting adjourned 8:43 pm.

Jazz Dinner Dance meeting January 10th 2006
We have received an autographed hockey puck from the San Jose Sharks.
Cloverleaf Bowl and Ardenwood Farm have donated to us also.
The insurance information for the concert has been given directly to the venue by Risk Management.
We have checked out 80 tickets so far.
Anthony and Donna will meet with Daniel at Dinas to approve the menu for the catering.
The quilt raffle tickets will go out at the winter concert for a sneak preview. The tickets will be a $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
Kathy made a motion to allot the extra $100 for the alumni performers and have them pay $10.00 for dinner and Anne seconded.
Isela mentioned asking the local banks for paying the cost of our catering so that we can make more of a profit.
Anne made a motion that performers and workers get in the jazz dinner dance for free, Debbie seconded.
