Addition to October minutes - Scot L. Johnson purchased the propane tanks.

Meeting called to order at 7:45pm.
Fred motions to accept the minutes from the previous month and seconded by Laurie.

Checking Balance as of August 10th: $22,796.24 Savings is $5,517.98 Our Total is $28,364.22
Checking Balance as of September 9th: $22,453.04 Savings is $5,517.98 Our Total is $28,021.02
Checking Balance as of October 14th: $21,951.13 Savings is $5,518.11 Our Total is $27,519.24
Checking Balance as of November 11th: $18,953.19 Savings is $5,518.11 Our Total is $24,521.30

Fundraising Report – Jennie Mitchell/Diana Palmon
Catalogue- We started a catalogue sale from We CARE Coffee Company. The profits depend on how many items sold. The catalogue sales end November 20th.
E-scrip- We have an e-scrip account set up, which allows us to register our credit/debit cards and when we buy using those cards we earn money towards our band account. Go to escrip.com, 500020574 is our ID number.
Diana talked to the activities director to see if we are still allowed to fundraise on any week, and we are still allowed to do this as long as we do not conflict with another fundraising group on campus.

We had a Pizza Italia fundraiser November 8th.

Hawaii - We have a payment due soon.
Jackets - Diana is going to place the order for the jackets, they are $40 for plain and $48 for personalization.

Diana brought up the idea of having a pit crew for competitions that know how to set up and pack up the field during competitions.
