Holly Chubbuck has come to the school twice to talk to the students about selling tickets. Anne Damron brought up that maybe the students should know what the consequences would be if they did not help raise money through the jazz dinner dance. Sue Mayer mentioned we would announce it at the Pops Concert. Holly went to the Newpark Mall and received a few more donations for the Jazz Dinner Dance. Setup, cleanup, decorations committees are all set. Rita Carson put in a letter to Costco to ask for donations. Kathy Butler brought up the idea of numbering every item and posting a list of silent auction winners so that it can be kept more low-key. The next Jazz Dinner Dance meeting will be 7:30pm, March 24, 2004, either in the Faculty Commons or in the Band room, depending on space availability.
