Fundraising Report

Rita Carson went to the July 4th parade meeting. Decoto Road to Alder Blvd. will be closed off. The back parking lot at American High School will be reserved for de-staging. Organizers are trying to get a radio station to play music on the front lawn, and various groups will sell concessions. We may sell ice cream, water, lemonade, or snow cones. There is a $50 per day rental for snow cone machines. We will need parents to help with any concessions we do sell. The next meeting will be June 10th. David Donaldson suggested putting a sign somewhere, perhaps on our wagon, so that parade spectators will know that there will be an after parade event. Rita Carson handed out a signup sheet for parent volunteers to sign up.
