Corrections:
Denise moved to approve the minutes as corrected and Martha
seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
Treasurer’s Report - Kathy Butler
Current balance in checking is: $ 13,929.45. Savings is $3,752.81. Our Total is: $17,732.26.
Bills
Anthony- for $115.68
Rita for -$108.35 for Disneyland food.
Denise moved to pay bills. Linda seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
Denise moved to accept treasurer’s report. Linda seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
Nothing to Report.
An announcement about the Final Concert has been put up on the new electronic marquee.
Martha has been working with Mr. Gershenson to make sure we have materials set out.
Fundraising Report - Anthony Nunes
June 2nd will be a Pizza Italia night.

The marquee has arrived.
The Copacabana musical was a big success.
Dreyer’s donation and pick up confirmed for final concert.
Kathy moved to make a donation to the marquee for $500 by the Music program and Linda seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.

Martha moved to accept the above positions and Denise seconded. Motion passed by those in attendance.
The CMEA choir performance is May 13th.
Donna moved to adjourn the meeting and Anthony seconded. Meeting adjourned 8:17 pm.
