Charles will email the Panda Express flyer to Mr. Wong
Sylvia will post the Panda Express fundraiser flyer online by Thursday.
Charles will also put the Panda Express fundraiser into the daily
announcements.

We just had the BJ’s fundraiser. We had a good amount of people there.

Item 2:
Mr. Wong will make a donation letter for desserts and soda/juice for
the Final concert.
Charles will help put together a new poster board for the TJHS Final
concert, for recruiting purposes, along with Jasper, Miranda, Allie,
and Kiara.
Mr. Wong will send a list of 8th graders who may join the Marching Band
to Diana so she can call them.
Mr. Wong will give Jennie the recruiting information to distribute to
the 8th graders at the Thornton spring concert, June 3.

Sylvia made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report with corrections
and pay the bills. Anthony seconded the motion, and it was approved by
those in attendance.

Holiday Bowl:
If we went, it would be in the fall, December 2010, the Marching Band
would travel to San Diego to go to the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl game,
where they would compete in Field Show, and march in a parade. The
winning field show band would perform at the halftime portion of the
football game. We would need to put a deposit down by Spring 2010.
We are looking into possibly using GTM Sportswear for our next T-shirt,
and also possibly doing the package deal, where we get warm-ups and a
free t-shirt.

Sylvia moved to adjourn the meeting seconded by Allie. Motion passed by
those in attendance. Meeting adjourned at 9:07 pm. The next meeting is
June 9th, 2009 at 7:30pm.
